In addition to being a nutritional consultant, Aviva studied at New York City's Natural Gourmet Cookery School; a chef training program which focuses on health-supportive, vegetarian cuisine with an emphasis on traditional and unrefined ingredients.

Knife Skills: Learning how to use a knife properly is essential to good cooking. You will learn how to select and care for your knives while sharpening your techniques for mincing, dicing, slicing and more!

Kitchen Basics: Learning health-supportive cooking techniques and menu planning. You will discover how to create balanced meals that will leave you free of cravings.
Recipe Conversions: Learn how to easily convert your favorite recipes into more nutritious, yet still delicious, versions.

During our classes, I will guide you in choosing the best places to shop, how to affordably include more organic food into your diet and teach you about product ingredients.
